Is Al-Manara a government service?
No. Al-Manara is an independent consultancy. Official applications and decisions remain with the competent authorities.
Are the English guides free to read?
Yes. Reading the guides does not require purchasing a service. Optional preparation or coordination assistance is agreed separately.
Where do I submit a residence application?
Use the official e-İkamet system and follow the instructions for your case. Contacting our team does not submit a government application.
Can you guarantee a permit or visa?
No. Neither payment for assistance nor preparation of documents guarantees approval.
How do I find out the total cost?
Ask for a written breakdown separating consultancy fees, government charges and third-party costs such as insurance or translation, where applicable.
Which documents should I prepare?
Use the checklist shown by the official application channel for your category and circumstances. Our preparation guide is an organisational aid.
Can I send passport scans in my first enquiry?
Please do not. Start with your goal and a short description of your situation. Agree on any necessary document-sharing process later.
How do I ask about an existing enquiry?
Contact the team on WhatsApp and include your existing reference, if you have one. The English enquiry composer does not create a case or a tracking reference.
